# Organizations

> Working with companies, tickers, and securities

## Overview

All data on finbar is organized into an organization. Typically this is a company, and can be associated with multiple tickers and other identifiers.

### Finding an organization

Use the search bar at the top of the page to find an organization. You can search by name, tickers (Bloomberg and Reuters styles are supported), ISIN, and other identifier types.
